Grass Routes

The Grass Routes Band will perform in the SBM Charitable Foundation Auditorium.

They are a Connecticut five-piece bluegrass band that has been delighting audiences since 1980 with a repertoire ranging from traditional bluegrass standards to folk and contemporary songs, all performed in their own unique bluegrass style. The band features the traditional bluegrass instruments of banjo, mandolin, fiddle, guitar, and upright bass; these and strong vocals give Grass Routes their own characteristic sound. Showcasing especially tight harmony vocals that include duets to four-part harmonies makes Grass Routes unique because each member sings lead. With five lead vocalists, Grass Routes presents a different style and material with each vocal arrangement.
