Being a mom is hard, being a teen is hard and working toward having a sustainable relationship through adulthood is even harder. Talking through issues as mom and daughter can be quite challenging. Moms seem to be talking a different language and teens feel misunderstood. Through yoga and forward thinking discussion provided in a safe trauma informed space Moms and daughters will be able to work through struggles and road blocks that hold them back from having an open, honest and compassionate relationship. Yoga provides a way to somatically work through emotions in the body without having to speak about it.
