We spent a short rainy day and night in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It’s not too far from Manchester, so maybe we can go back and spend more time. It is the most visited national park because 3/4 of the population of the United States lives within a one-day drive. Also, because it is beautiful. If you go, avoid the Tail of the Dragon.
