Join Manchester Art Assoc. for a PASTEL workshop with renowned artist Karen Israel on Wednesday, October 4 from 10 to 4 at the Manchester Church of Christ, 595 Tolland Tpke (entrance in back). This workshop is for all levels and will cover proportion and perspective, color temperature and its value as it pertains to the quality of the light, and design and composition.
