People with intellectual and developmental disabilities have a unique view of and personal connection to the world. In the EXPRESSIONS OF MANCHESTER exhibit, this often overlooked and misunderstood population uses a variety of art forms to celebrate MARC, Inc.’s 70th Birthday and our hometown of Manchester’s Bicentennial. (art exhibit runs through 9/29/2023 – hours may vary).
