The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency estimated in 2001 that Americans spend 87% of their time indoors. Come and learn about the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, also known as forest bathing, which is gaining popularity across the world. Alexandra Lowry of The Wisdom Alliance will teach you about how you can intentionally connect with nature, unplug from technology, and spend more time outside.
