Human services funding is on just about everyone’s mind these days. This Thursday morning is your chance to hear first-hand from two state and local experts. Please join MCSC on Dec. 1st at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom* as we host State Senator Saud Anwar and the Town of Manchester’s Joel Cox.
Among his other roles, Senator Anwar is vice chair of the Public Health committee of the Connecticut legislature. Joel Cox is Director of Human Services and leads the town’s Health Department; Senior, Adult and Family Services; and more. Both presenters have in-depth knowledge of the current and future challenges facing our community services providers.
