Municipal Election: Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
All 9 Polling places will be open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
You can obtain Voter Registration Applications by contacting the Registrar’s Office at 860-647-3025, or via the Secretary of the States website: https://voterregistration.ct.gov/OLVR/welcome.do
All completed forms should be mailed to: Registrars of Voters, 479 Main Street, PO Box 191, Manchester, CT 06045-0191. The last day for mail-in or online registration for new voters is October 26, 2021.
The last day for in-person registration at the Registrars of Voters Office of new voters is 8pm on October 26, 2021. Extended Voter Registration Hours: Tuesday, October 26, 2021 the Registrars of Voters office at 479 Main Street, 1st floor, will be open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
The deadline to register to vote was October 26th. You can still register and vote, by using Election Day Registration which will be held on November 2nd at the Registrars of Voters office, Weiss Center, 479 Main Street, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. This is for any Manchester Resident, who is not registered to vote. You will need to provide proper identification that shows your current residence in Manchester. If you have questions regarding your voting status, please contact the Registrars office 860-647-3025.

Absentee Ballot Applications: The State will not be sending voters absentee ballot applications for the November election. Voters who need to vote by absentee must submit their own application. This application will include COVID-19 as an option to request an absentee ballot.
Absentee Ballots will be available to issue October 1st by the Town Clerk’s Office. The application form and further instructions are both available online at http://townclerk1.townofmanchester.org/index.cfm/election-information/
