The Galleries @ WORK_SPACE announce a call for artists for the PERSPECTIVES OF OUR WORLD exhibit running from Friday, Nov. 10, 2022 – Friday, Jan. 27, 2023. Wanting to highlight and celebrate various cultures from around the world; we invite artists of all mediums and levels of experience to reflect on their own heritage and culture and how it shapes their identity and relationship with the world. “A people without the knowledge of their past history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots” – Marcus Garvey (1887-1940, Jamaican political activist, publisher, journalist, entrepreneur & orator).
Artists can submit up to 5 pieces via https://bit.ly/PerspectivesOnOurWorld by October 28, 2022. There is no fee for submission. Poets, Performers and first-time exhibitors are encouraged to participate.
