Senior Center Member Open House

The Senior Center staff will be available to renew memberships, answer questions and members will be able to see what changes have been made to accommodate COVID19 guidelines for re-opening. Lunch will be available for limited seating and sign-up is required before Noon on Wednesday June 30th. Please see page 3 for more details. We are very much looking forward to seeing everyone as we resume programs and activities that our members have sorely missed! Reminder: Masks are required inside the building. As you move about your activities of daily living, we ask that you please keep a couple of things in mind: (1) do not assume that anyone/everyone wearing a mask is not vaccinated. Some folks still prefer to wear one because it makes them feel safer or more comfortable, especially if they do not know everyone around them. And it is a requirement for some jobs. (2) Many people are concerned about getting too close to one another, especially in areas where social distancing is no longer a requirement. Please be respectful of everyone’s personal space. And a friendly reminder: if you have not yet had your vaccination, it is not too late. They are now easier than ever to get, and many locations no longer require appointments. There is no charge.
