Learn the basics of machine sewing:  sewing machine parts and their functions, threading the machine, and winding the bobbin. With this knowledge, you’ll be ready to start your firs project.   Cloth, thread, and ribbon will be provided, and everyone will go home with a useful drawstring pouch.   Sewing machines are required.  Space is limited so call the library at 860-645-0821 to reserve your spot.  Registration for this event begins July 10.
