Dances will be on Thursday, November 3, and November 17, from 1:00—2:45 PM. Cost is $5 per class. This is a great form of exercise for the body and mind. Must be able to follow simple instructions and move through the dance. Join this group to have fun, get exercise, and make friends! Pre-registraƟon is required and can be done at the front desk or by calling the Senior Center at (860) 647-3211. Out-of-town participants are able to join.
