Author and MCC Professor Emerita of English Kaarina LaBella will talk about her new book, The Symsbury Witches, a story based on legend and local history. The author will give a brief reading of the tale, told in the oral tradition since the 1600s, and give a timeline of how the Simsbury witches of legend fit into Connecticut’s historical timeline.
